Sources
Character set, English meanings, stroke counts and radicals from the Unicode Unihan database. Korean readings, 훈음 and hanja vocabulary from the hanja dictionary in libhangul by Choe Hwanjin, used under the BSD 3-Clause licence. English translations of hanja-spelled words come from kengdic, dual licensed MPL 2.0 / LGPL 2.0+. Levels are derived, not official — they are not 한자능력검정시험 급수. The ordering combines Unihan’s kGradeLevel (the school year a character is introduced in Hong Kong, present on 1,539 of the 1,800), total stroke count, and how many national standards treat the character as core.
